Safety and reporting
Keep your workspace safe
Frame-zi is for ages 13 and older. Users aged 13–17 need parent or guardian permission. Use a nickname and share projects only with people you trust. Keep your home address, school, phone number, passwords and sensitive personal details out of profiles and shared work.
Block and manage access
Open a person’s profile and choose Block to stop direct messages and friend requests. Unblock from Settings → Privacy and safety. Blocking does not revoke existing shared-document or channel access. Owners should remove sharing permissions separately; you can also leave a channel.
Report harmful content
In Settings → Privacy and safety, submit the profile, document or message link/ID, choose a reason and briefly describe the issue. The app records a reference number. Reports are reviewed manually by the operator. For urgent safety concerns or to follow up, email [email protected] and include the reference. You can also report without signing in by email. Do not attach illegal images, passwords or unnecessary personal data.
Children and guardians
We do not offer accounts for children under 13. If a child has used the service, a guardian can contact support to request restriction, review or deletion of the child’s information. Include only what is necessary to identify the account; we may request reasonable verification. The age screen records a declaration, not verified parental consent.
Emergencies and illegal material
This service is not monitored for emergencies. If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services. Do not download, redistribute or attach suspected child sexual abuse material to a report. Give its location or identifier instead. The operator must evaluate any applicable preservation and reporting obligations.
Request removal of an intimate image or video
You do not need an account to request removal of an intimate photo, video or realistic synthetic image depicting you that was shared without your consent. Email [email protected] with the subject “Urgent Frame-zi intimate-image removal”. You or your authorized representative should include: your name and electronic signature (typing your name); enough information to locate the depiction, such as its Frame-zi URL or document/message identifier; a brief good-faith statement that the depiction was published without your consent; and contact information to reach you. Identify any known identical copies. Do not attach or redistribute the image, particularly if a minor is depicted. We will act on valid requests as soon as possible and within 48 hours, including known identical copies, as required by applicable law. If you cannot identify a URL, describe the location as clearly as possible so we can help locate it.
Copyright, appeals and security reports
Email [email protected] for copyright notices, privacy complaints, moderation appeals or security vulnerability reports. Describe the affected URL and the issue without accessing other users’ data or disrupting the service. Security testing must be limited to your own accounts unless the operator gives prior written authorization.
