Terms of Service
Agreement and operator
Effective October 29, 2026. These terms govern Frame-zi at frame-zi.com and its mobile experiences, operated by Collin Baker in Wisconsin, United States. Contact: [email protected]. By creating or continuing an account after reviewing these terms, you agree to them. If you are using the service for an organization, you must have authority to do so.
Eligibility and younger users
You must be at least 13 and meet any higher minimum age or consent requirement applicable where you live. If you are 13–17, a parent or legal guardian must review and agree to these terms and give permission for your use. Do not create an account or submit personal information if you are under 13. Self-reported age information must be accurate. Frame-zi is a general collaboration tool and does not provide supervised childcare, a school-managed student service, or verified parental consent for children under 13.
Your account
Provide an email you control, keep your credentials secure and use a unique password. A nickname is welcome, but do not impersonate someone or misrepresent your authority. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account. Notify support promptly if your account is compromised. Do not share account passwords. Google sign-in is optional and subject to Google’s terms.
Your content and permission to operate
You retain ownership of content you create or upload. You grant the operator and its service providers a nonexclusive permission to host, store, reproduce, transmit, format and display that content only as reasonably necessary to provide, secure, support and lawfully administer Frame-zi and the sharing features you use. This permission does not transfer ownership. You must have the rights and permissions required for the content and personal information you submit. Do not publish someone else’s private information without a lawful basis.
Sharing and collaboration
Choose collaborators carefully. Owners control document and folder access; inherited folder access can affect contained documents. Editors can change shared content. Channel members can see its message history, and the channel creator controls adding people. People with access may make copies or exports that Frame-zi cannot recall. Blocking does not remove existing shared-document or channel access. Export important work and keep your own backups.
Prohibited conduct
Do not use Frame-zi for illegal activity; child sexual abuse material or exploitation; grooming; sexual exploitation or nonconsensual intimate content; credible threats; harassment; bullying; doxxing; discrimination or hateful abuse; fraud; impersonation; intellectual-property infringement; malware; phishing; spam; credential theft; unauthorized access; scraping personal information; bypassing age, access or storage controls; or disrupting the service. Do not solicit sexual content or private contact details from minors. Do not upload content you are prohibited from possessing or sharing.
Safety and complaints
Use the reporting form in Settings or contact [email protected] with the relevant link or identifier and a factual description. Do not send illegal imagery or unnecessary sensitive information. Reports are recorded for manual review; response is not immediate and this is not an emergency service. Contact local emergency services for immediate danger. We may investigate, restrict sharing or accounts, remove content, preserve evidence or make legally required reports. This does not mean all content is reviewed or that harmful content will always be detected. Decisions may be appealed by emailing support with the report reference and relevant facts.
Copyright notices
Do not upload material unless you have the required rights. Send copyright complaints to [email protected] identifying the work, the allegedly infringing content and its location, your contact information, your authority to act, and the statements and signature required by applicable law. We may request clarification and remove or restrict content while investigating. This contact is not a representation that a DMCA agent registration or safe-harbor eligibility has been completed.
Free service, limits and payments
The current service is provided without an active subscription checkout. Storage, file size and usage limits apply and may change with reasonable notice where practical. No free trial currently converts into a paid subscription through this release. Any future paid plan requires separately presented prices, tax, trial, renewal and cancellation terms and your affirmative authorization. We will not charge a payment method solely because you agree to these terms.
Privacy
The Privacy Policy explains data use and choices. Content is not end-to-end encrypted. Do not use Frame-zi to store credentials, payment card information, protected medical information or other regulated sensitive records requiring safeguards or agreements that this service has not provided.
Third-party software
The website includes open-source software with its own licenses. See the third-party software notices. Those licenses apply to the relevant software components.
Suspension, ending use and deletion
You may stop using the service at any time and request account deletion through support. We may restrict or suspend use when reasonably necessary for safety, security, legal requirements, violations of these terms or operational protection. When appropriate and legally permitted, we will provide notice and an opportunity to address the issue. Content removal and retention follow the Privacy Policy and applicable law. Requests involving shared work may require clarification and ownership verification.
Service availability and responsibility
Frame-zi is provided as available, without a promise of uninterrupted service, error-free operation, permanent availability, complete security or suitability for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by applicable law, implied warranties are disclaimed and the operator is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits caused by outages, user conduct or loss of data. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer rights. You remain responsible for your own content and unlawful or unauthorized use.
Changes and legal rights
We may update these terms or the service. Material account-term changes will be presented for review before continued workspace access where practical. Changes do not retroactively authorize undisclosed charges. Applicable law governs disputes, and these terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or waive rights that cannot be waived. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. Questions or appeals: [email protected].
